You Do Not Need to Travel First to Find Out Whether We Can Help
International treatment should start with a medical decision, not with a plane ticket.

Send us your recent MRI and a short description of your symptoms. We will assess whether a non-surgical strategy is reasonable, whether additional tests are needed, and whether travelling to Tashkent makes sense.

A Treatment Plan Built Around Your Case
  • Our clinic focuses on patients with lumbar disc herniation, sciatica and back pain who want to understand whether surgery can be avoided safely.
  • The program is concentrated into approximately 12 days. The exact treatment plan is selected after the doctor reviews your MRI, symptoms, neurological status and previous treatment.
  • The goals are to reduce pain, restore function and, when biologically possible, support and monitor the natural process by which a herniated disc may decrease in size over time.
Natural resorption
Can a Herniated Disc Become Smaller Without Surgery?
Yes. In some patients, the body can gradually break down and absorb part of the herniated disc material. This process is known as disc herniation resorption.

Resorption does not happen in every patient and cannot be guaranteed. The likelihood depends on the type of herniation, its structure, duration and other MRI and clinical features.

This is why we review the MRI before treatment — and why two patients with similarly sized herniations may need very different strategies.
